If you are offering a special offer or deal through a third party such as Wahanda, Groupon, Buyagift, Lastminute.com etc, you can set up this service for online booking so it requests a voucher code instead of a credit card to validate the booking.
The voucher code itself won't be validated by Phorest but it will appear in the appointment notes on the appointment screen in Phorest so when the client arrives for their booking - you can check it.
First, we'll need to either edit an existing Service Category where your deals are or create a new Service Category.
Go to Manager > Categories > Service Categories.
Single-click the name of an existing category to edit an existing category, or click Add to add a new category.
Next, under the Online category dropdown, search for and select any of the options highlighted in the screenshot below:
Now, whenever someone books any service within this Service Category they will be prompted to enter a code online, and will not be able to complete their booking until they do so.
