This article shows how to override the default points awarded and set TreatCard points awarded for an individual service or product.
First Steps!
You will need to have your TreatCard setup configured first before you set individual points per service or product.
Points Awarded for a Service
Go to Manager > Services > Open a service.
On the General tab, click Advanced > Set your TreatCard Points and click Save.
Once saved, clients will then receive this point amount rather than the default point amount whenever they pay for this service.
Points Awarded for a Product
Go to Manager > Stock/Inventory > Click a product to edit it.
On the Details tab: Advanced section, enter the amount of Treatcard Points.
Click Save changes to finish. Once saved, clients will then receive this point amount instead of the default whenever they pay for this product.
Multiple Locations in Phorest?
If you have multiple locations in Phorest and are looking to update the Treatcard Points associated with a specific product, you can do this by going to Manager > Chain Library > Product Library and then editing the product from this screen.
This change will apply to all locations within your business.
