How can I add multiple staff signatures to a Consultation Form?

This article will show you how you can add more than one signature to a consultation form.

   Feature in Testing

This feature is currently in testing but will be available very soon.

Adding a Signature

Go to Manager > Consultations > Form Templates, then click on an existing form to edit it or select +Add Form to create a new form.

Scroll down the form and select Add Item > Staff Signatures to add an extra signature field to your form.


Renaming the Signature

If you want to change the title above the signature field, select Actions > Edit, then update the name and select Add.


Moving the Position of the Signature

To move the signature up or down the form, select Actions, then select Move Up or Move Down to move the signature field to another position in the form.
