How do I add a staff profile picture?

This article will show you how to add a profile picture for your staff members, which will appear at the top of their column in Phorest, as well as in your Online Booking.

Adding a Profile Picture using Phorest Desktop

 Access Required

The Staff > Edit Staff access permission is required to view this screen. Check out this guide for information on how to update staff access.

Go to Manager > Staff Members, then click on the name of a staff member to open their Staff Profile.

Next, click +Add a photo to upload a profile picture from your computer.

Note: There is no maximum file resolution. The recommended file formats are .PNG or .JPG/JPEG


Adding a Profile Picture using PhorestGo

  PhorestGo 2.0 Required

To get PhorestGo 2.0 on your smart device, search for it on your app store, or click on one of the links below:

    iOS Store (iPhone or iPad)
  Google Play Store (Android device)

Staff members can update their own profile picture in PhorestGo by tapping their Name in the sidebar menu to open their profile.

Then tap Change profile photo to update their photo.


Where is the Picture Displayed?

The picture will then appear at the top of their column on the Appointments screen in Phorest.

It also appears in Online Booking and on your Salon Branded App.

And in the booking confirmation email that a client receives when they book online.
