This article shows how to use the Staff Roster to schedule days off for staff members.
Go to Manager > Staff Rosters. Click the staff member that wants to schedule time off.
Click the preferred time slot for time off. On the side pane that opens, open the Day off tab. Select an option from the FOR dropdown menu and click Save.
If you want the time off to recur no a regular basis, select the Repeat time off checkbox. Then select the days of the week for repetition, set the FREQUENCY and choose an end date in the UNTIL field.
The time off will then be added to your Roster screen. There are different colors for different types of time off:
Holidays will be Orange.
Sick days are Red.
Training is Green.
Custom days are Navy.
