This article will show you how to create a new Course/Series of services.

Creating Your Course/Series
Go to Manager > Courses/Series, and click + Add Course/Series.
Give your Course/Series a name, then click Add Service.
Add a Service, specify how many units of that service can be redeemed when a client purchases the Course/Series, select the Unit type, and then set a price.
You can add more services to the Course/Series by clicking the +Add Service button.
You cannot currently add a choice of services. To achieve this, you will need to create multiple different versions of a Course/Series with the available options.
Unit Type
Choose from Sessions or Minutes. Sessions are the number of appointments a client can book as part of the course/series. Minutes will allow for a certain amount of minutes of a service to be booked (typically used for Sunbeds).
Redeeming Sessions in Other Branches
If you have multiple locations in Phorest, you can choose whether or not to allow clients to redeem sessions from this course in your other locations.
Editing your Course/Series and changing this setting in the future won't affect previously sold Courses/Series. Whether clients can redeem a session elsewhere depends on the setting at the time of their purchase.
Min/Max Days Between Sessions
If you like, you can control how many days there should be between sessions when clients go to book an appointment.
If a client has an existing appointment and you try to book them in again within this timeframe, you will see the following prompts:

Maximum Days Warning
TreatCard Points
Finally, decide whether or not clients should receive TreatCard points when purchasing the Course/Series.
Points are awarded at the time of purchase, and not at the time of session redemption. Points are not awarded to clients where a Course/Series is added manually.
