This article will show you what to do when a client arrives for their appointment and you want to check them in.
In this Article
On Phorest
Single-click the client's appointment and click the Check In button. The appointment will then turn yellow to let you know the client was checked in.
On PhorestGo
Tap the appointment to open it > Tap Check-in > Close the appointment.
The appointment will then turn yellow to let you know the client has been checked-in.
Client Self-Check-In
If you have a tablet in your business, you can also allow client's to check themselves in with it using the PhorestGuest app. Click here for more information on PhorestGuest.
Staff Push Notifications for Client Check-In
