How do I edit an appointment?

This article will show you how you can make changes to staff, service, duration, price, room, and/or machine.

To edit the appointment double-click it and the appointment card will open up.


Changing the Staff Member

To choose a different staff member, click the Service > Click the current Staff member > Choose the new staff member > Click Done.

You can also drag a service from one staff column to another.

Removing a Service

To remove a specific service, open the appointment > Click the Service > Click Remove appointment > Click Delete.

Changing a Service

If you need to change an existing service, click it > Click the Service again in the new screen > Select a Category > Select a new Service > Click Done.

Note: If there is a deposit attached to the service, the deposit will automatically be carried to the new service.


Adding Another Service

If you need to add another service, click the Add service button > Click the Service in the new screen > Select a Category > Select a new Service > Click Done.

Changing the Duration/Time of a Service

Click the service booked for the appointment and the Duration on the next screen. Specify the new total amount of minutes required in the calculator that appears. Click OK and Done to close and save the appointment.

Changing the Price of a Service

To change the price of a service, click the price and enter the new amount in the calculator that appears. Click OK and Done to close and save the appointment.

Changing the Room for a Service

To assign a service to a room, click a Service > Click Room in the next screen > Choose a room > Click Done.

To assign a service to a machine, click Machine > Choose your machine > Click Done.
