Adding/Editing a Service
Go to Manager > Services and click the Add button to add a new service, or click the service name to edit it.
On the next screen, add/edit the details of the service.

Adding Price Levels
You can use the Set Levels button to add different price levels for this service.
Setting Staff Durations
If some staff members take longer or shorter to perform this service, you can use the Staff tab to set different staff durations.
Staff Qualifications for a Newly Added Service
When adding a new service, it’s important to understand how your Phorest system determines whether a staff member can be booked for it.
- If a staff member is already bookable for all existing services within the Service Category under which you’re creating the new service, they will automatically be bookable for the newly added service.
- If they are only bookable for some or none of the services in that category, they will not be automatically assigned to the new service.
You can always manually update staff service qualifications after creating the service.
