This article will show you how to change the booking duration for specific staff members for each service.
If You Have One Location in Phorest
Go to Manager > Services and single-click on the name of the Service you wish to edit.
Click the Staff tab, then adjust the Duration and Processing Time for each staff member. Press Enter on your keyboard after you add a new duration.
Updating the treatment time will not update the duration of future appointments that already exist. It will only affect appointments that are booked after you update the duration.
If you don't change the duration on this screen for a staff member, they will be booked for the default booking time.
If You Have Multiple Locations in Phorest
If your business has multiple locations in Phorest and you need to change staff durations, go to Manager > Chain Library > Services Library.
Click the name of the service you wish to adjust the durations for.
Finally, click the Staff tab, then adjust the Duration and Processing Time for each staff member.
