This article shows how to send a client(s) a Reminder SMS for their appointment before the scheduled automatic sending time.
It is recommended that you only send reminders manually if the automatic sending time for the appointment date has passed. If you manually send reminders for a specific date, automatic reminders will not be sent for any appointments on that same date, even if the appointment is created after you manually send the reminders.

To manually send an appointment Reminder SMS, go to Manager > Client Notifications > Appointment Reminder. On the SMS Editor tab, enter a message and click the Send Manual SMS Reminders button.
On the next screen, use the Calendar to navigate to the date of the appointment(s).
Use the checkboxes on each row to select who you would like to manually send SMS reminders to.
When you're happy with your selection, click the Send Reminders button to manually send the reminders.
The caution symbol ⚠️ on a row means that the reminder could not be sent for this appointment. The reason why will be listed under the Info column.
If you manually send a reminder to a client, they will not receive another reminder at the usual scheduled time (provided you have automatic reminders enabled). You also cannot manually send a reminder on this screen to a client who has already received an automatic reminder SMS.
