This article will show you how to disable your automated appointment Reminder and Confirmation SMS and/or Email.
To Disable the Reminder SMS or Email
Go to Manager > Settings > Client Notifications > Appointment Reminder
Go to the Settings tab > Disable the Send reminder message option > Click Save changes to finish.
To Disable the Confirmation SMS or Email
Go to Manager > Settings > Client Notifications > Appointment Confirmation
Go to the Settings tab > > Disable the Send confirmation message option > Click Save changes to finish.
