If you have multiple locations in your business, this article will show you how you can prevent clients from other locations from appearing when booking appointments.
To hide clients from other locations, go to Manager> Chain settings, then disable the Search for clients in all branches setting.
Once this setting is disabled, clients from other locations will not appear when creating an appointment, unless you enter their full cell phone/mobile number.
