How can I hide clients from other locations when booking an appointment? (Chain Settings)

If you have multiple locations in your business, this article will show you how you can prevent clients from other locations from appearing when booking appointments.

To hide clients from other locations, go to ManagerChain settings, then disable the Search for clients in all branches setting.

Once this setting is disabled, clients from other locations will not appear when creating an appointment unless you enter their full cell phone/mobile number.

When this setting is disabled, clients may still be visible on the Clients screen if enough information is entered into the search. It is not possible to completely hide clients from other locations, as client details are ultimately stored at the 'business' level.
