This guide explains how to enable the Require PIN feature, so staff must enter their PIN when using PhorestGo on a tablet or phone.

Enabling the PIN Prompt
Go to Manager > Access > Access PINs, then select whether you would like to enable PINs on tablets, mobile (smartphones), or both, and click Save to finish.
Staff will now be prompted to enter their PIN when using the device.
Creating a 'General' Tablet/iPad Profile
It is recommended that you create an overall tablet profile (e.g., "iPad") with full access to all PhorestGo features. This profile serves solely as a universal login for the tablet itself and does not limit individual user access.
Once the universal tablet profile is active, each staff member’s access level is determined by their unique PIN code. When a staff member enters their PIN, the tablet recognizes them and grants the appropriate permissions based on their user profile settings.

Logging Out/Locking the Screen
If you need to 'log out' of your profile when you're done using a tablet, single-press the power button on your tablet to lock the screen. Then, the next time someone unlocks the screen, they will be prompted to enter their own PIN code.
Returning to your tablet’s home screen will require you to enter your PIN the next time you open PhorestGo.
