This article will show you how to view the details of a client's membership.
The Membership feature is currently only available to clients in the United States using PhorestPay.
Go to Manager > Memberships > Client Memberships to view a list of clients who have purchased a Membership
Click on a membership to view the Details.
It is not possible to edit the Client, the Membership, or the Remaining Benefit.
It is possible to edit the Next Billing Date, change the Status from Active to Frozen, and add any Notes to the client's membership.
Click the History tab at the top to view a history of the membership's purchase date, successful billings, and when it was used.
Viewing Client Memberships From the Client Card
You can view a client's active memberships from their client card by going to the client card > Memberships. This section will show you the purchase date, next billing date, the membership they have, status, frequency, and remaining benefits.
