How Does it Work?
When making an online booking, clients can redeem a voucher/gift card to cover part or all of a deposit when booking online.
If a voucher/gift card doesn’t fully cover the deposit, the client will be prompted to pay the remaining balance by card.

Can Any Gift Card Be Used?
For a gift card to be valid, its serial number must be at least 8 characters long. Gift cards with fewer than 8 characters will not be accepted.
If you use Phorest to sell gift cards online, any gift cards sold there will automatically have an 8-character serial number.”
Why are Clients Still Prompted to Enter Card Details?
Clients must enter their card details, even if the gift card covers the full deposit, to ensure you can process an additional No Show charge if necessary.
Can Clients View their Gift Card Details Online?
Clients cannot currently view gift card details online. To use a gift card online, they must have the card number available.
Can Gift Cards be Used in the Online Store?
At this time, gift cards cannot be used as a payment method in the Online Store.
