How Does it Work?
When making an online booking, clients can redeem a voucher/gift card to cover part or all of a deposit.
If a voucher/gift card doesn’t fully cover the deposit, the client will be prompted to pay the remaining balance by card.
FAQs
Can Any Gift Card Be Used?
For a gift card to be valid, its serial number must be at least 5 alphanumeric characters long. Gift cards with fewer than 5 characters will not be accepted.
Why are Clients Still Prompted to Enter Card Details?
Clients must enter their card details, even if the gift card covers the full deposit, to ensure you can process a No Show charge or Cancellation Charge through PhorestPay if necessary.
Can Clients View Their Gift Card Details Online?
Clients are currently unable to view gift card details online. To use a gift card online, they must have the card number available.
Can Gift Cards be Used in the Online Store?
Currently, gift cards cannot be used as a payment method in the Online Store.
