How do I change my PhorestPay account details?

This article shows you how to update your PhorestPay account information, including your bank account details, name, email address, mobile phone number, and more.

The information in this article is relevant to businesses using PhorestPay.

Accessing & Updating Your Account Settings

To update your PhorestPay account details, go to ManagerPhorestPay > Account Management, and sign into your PhorestPay (Stripe) account (if prompted).

When signing in to your PhorestPay/Stripe account, you'll be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to the phone number you used when registering your PhorestPay account with Stripe.

Here you can view and update your business information in your account.


Updating Your Payout Bank Details

To update the bank account information for the account that receives your PhorestPay payouts, scroll down to the Payout details section in your Account details and make your changes there.

Note: When changing your bank account details, you may need to enter your previous bank account details for security reasons.

Once you've updated your information, click Save to continue. Once you're finished, click Done.

Changing Bank Details when Payment is Pending

If you are adjusting your bank account details, note that any changes made while a payout is being processed will redirect the pending payout to the original bank account.

If you no longer have access to this account, you will need to contact the bank associated with it to find out what will happen to the payment. You will need to provide your bank account information, the expected transaction date, the amount, and the payer (Stripe).
