I’ve heard about PhorestPay, but what is it?
PhorestPay allows your business to take payments for services and retail, both online and in-house. Phorest will take the payment on your behalf, and we deposit that money straight into your bank account.

How do I refund a sale that was processed through PhorestPay
Go to Manager > Sales > find the transaction, then click either Refund or Void.
Once the transaction is refunded or void, money will be returned to the client within 5-10 business days. Alternatively, if a client booked online, paid an online deposit through PhorestPay and then cancels their appointment, the deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days. Clients cannot cancel within your cancellation period.
How secure is it?
Phorest Payments are Powered by Stripe, which has the very highest security and Level 1 PCI Compliance. Neither you, your staff or Phorest staff have access to the raw card details at any stage.
Ok, this all sounds great… When can I get it?
PhorestPay is currently live, and you can sign up under Manager > PhorestPay. Once you sign up for your account, you can use integrated Card Terminals, Online Gift Cards, the Online Store, Cardless Checkout, In-House Deposits and Custom Online Deposits. Click here for a guide on how to get started.
