Sending the Email
You can send the email from within a client's profile, or directly from an existing appointment.
Sending From a Client's Profile
Go to Clients, search for a client and click on them to open their profile.
Next, go to Appointment History > Future appointments > Print / Email Future.
Finally, select Send to client's email to send the email.
Sending From a Client's Appointment
Double-click on a client's appointment, and go to Appointment history. Then, go to Future appointments > Print / Email, and click Send to client's email to send the email.
