How do I email a list of future appointments to a client?

This guide will show you how to send an email to a client with details of their upcoming appointments.

Sending the Email

You can send the email from within a client's profile, or directly from an existing appointment.

Sending From a Client's Profile

Go to Clients, search for a client and click on them to open their profile.

Next, go to Appointment HistoryFuture appointments > Print / Email Future.

Finally, select Send to client's email to send the email.

Sending From a Client's Appointment

Double-click on a client's appointment, and go to Appointment history. Then, go to Future appointmentsPrint / Email, and click Send to client's email to send the email.

What Does the Email Look Like?

Prices are not included in the email as they can be subject to change over time.

Will the Email Show Every Upcoming Appointment?

The email will list up to 15 rows, each showing one upcoming service. For example, if a client has six future appointments with three services each, only five appointments will be shown (3 x 5 = 15).
