This article will provide an explanation as to why some of your services may occasionally show 'No staff available' in the staff drop-down menu of your Online Booking page.
If you see 'No staff available' in your online booking menu, it means that either no staff member is assigned to perform the service in your Phorest system or the staff members assigned to perform the service are not available for online booking.
To Fix This
First, check that the service can be booked with staff members.
Next, check if the staff members assigned to perform the service are available for online booking.
Once at least one staff member can be booked for this service and is available to be booked online, the service will no longer show 'No staff available'.
