This article will show you how you can assign a Service to a Room or Machine so that when the service is booked, a Room or Machine is utilized.
First Steps!
If you haven't done so already, you'll need to create your Rooms or Machines first before you can assign Services to them. Click here for a guide on how to do that.
Go to Manager > Services, then single-click on the name of the Service you wish to assign to a Room or Machine.
Click Facilities, then assign accordingly in the Machines and/or Rooms sections. When you're done, click Save to finish.
Go to Manager > Services, then single-click on the name of the Service you wish to assign to a Room or Machine.
Click Branches, then single-click the name of the location where you wish to manage room/machine assignments
Click Facilities, then assign accordingly in the Machines and/or Rooms sections. When you're done, click Save to finish.
If you have a group of Services that need to be assigned to a Room or Machine, you can speed up this process by assigning an entire Service Category. Click here for a guide on how to assign a Service Category to a Room or Machine.
Note: If you have a Service Category assigned to a Room/Machine, and then assign a single Service from that category to a different room/machine, the individual service assignment will override the category assignment, but only for that Service. All other services in the Category will follow the category assignment (unless assigned at Service level).
