This article will show you how you can give cashback to a client who pays by card on your PhorestPay Card Terminal.
To give cashback, when checking your client out - Click the Calculator button beside either the Credit or Debit payment types.
When entering the amount, enter the total + the amount of cashback requested. For example, in the screenshot below, the client will receive £10 cashback (50 sales total + 10).
Click Pay to complete the sale. After the client has used their card for payment, you will see the cashback amount displayed on-screen as Change Due.
This amount will automatically be deducted from your Cash total and will be displayed on the client's receipt as Change.
