This guide will show you how to stop your receipt printer from printing a merchant copy receipt and only print a customer copy when taking a payment on your PhorestPay Card Terminal.
To disable the merchant receipt copy, go to Manager > Settings > Point Of Sale > Receipts. Set Merchant Copy to No and click Save to apply the changes.
Your receipt printer will now print a customer receipt only when taking a payment using your PhorestPay Card Terminal.
