This article will show how you can give cashback to a client who pays by card using your PhorestPay Card Terminal.
To give cashback when checking your client out - Click Card to enter the amount to process on your Card Terminal.
When entering the amount, enter the total + the amount of cashback requested. For example, in the video below, after entering an amount of $320, the client will receive $20 cashback (300 sales total + 20).
The amount being received as cashback will be listed under Change due.
Click Complete Payment to complete the sale. After the client has used their card for payment, you will see the cashback amount displayed on-screen as Change Due.
This amount will automatically be deducted from your Cash total and will be displayed on the client's receipt as Change.
