This article explains the meaning of small icons that are sometimes displayed on appointments in the calendar.
Sometimes, you may see small icons appear in the bottom-right corner of an appointment.
To find out what each icon on an appointment means, double-click the appointment, then scroll down to the Insights section to see an explanation of each icon.
Appointments with the Online Booking icon include appointments that were booked through your online booking website as well as through your Branded App (if you have one). You can use the Online Booking report to get the number of appointments booked through each platform.
