This guide will show you how to use appointment filters to quickly find bookings that meet specific conditions, such as not confirmed, booked online, waiting for a deposit payment, or missing a completed consultation form.

What Are Appointment Filters?
On a busy day, you can use filters to find the appointments that need attention without scanning every booking on the Appointment screen.
Matching appointments stay clear, while other appointments fade back so you can still see the shape of the day, and take action if necessary.
Appointment filters cannot be applied in the Week view.
Applying Appointment Filters
To filter your calendar, click the Filter button in the left corner of your calendar, then select the filter(s) you wish to apply.
You can also display your filtered appointments in a list by selecting Show as list.
From there, you can take action directly in the list, making it easy to find what you need. For example, you could filter for Not confirmed appointments, then use the list to contact your clients and confirm each appointment one by one with the Confirm button.
Using Multiple Filters Together
You can select multiple filters at once. The Appointment screen displays only appointments that fully match all your selected filters. Other appointments remain visible but appear faded.
This makes it easier to answer specific questions on a busy day, such as:
- Which appointments aren't confirmed but were booked online?
- Which clients have an incomplete consultation form?
- Which appointments have a deposit paid, an unpaid deposit, or a deposit pending through a payment link?
- Which requested appointments are running late?
- Which bookings have no contact details or notes that need to be reviewed?
Filtering by Staff
Use the Staff option to further filter your appointments to only specific staff members columns.
Clearing Your Filters
Your appointment filters are remembered, even after you refresh the page. Select Clear to remove the appointment and staff filters together.
