This report shows the number of Online Bookings, No Shows and Cancellations between two selected dates

What the Report Looks Like
Report Overview
This report should be used to review dates in the past and cannot be used to gather information on future appointments.
The Number of Online Bookings, Web Bookings and App Bookings figures at the top of the report are based on completed appointments. These numbers will not include No Shows, missed appointments, cancellations, or deleted appointments. However, you will see a breakdown of any Online No Shows further down the report.
The date range specified when generating the report as well as the Dates listed within the report are based on the appointment date rather than the date the appointment was created.
Online Bookings
Number of Services booked online: The number of individual services booked.
Value of Online Bookings: The gross amount generated by appointments booked online.
New Clients
Number of Online New Clients: The number of new clients that booked an appointment online.
Value of Online New Clients: The gross amount generated by new clients who booked an appointment online.
Repeat Bookings
Number of Clients rebooking online: The number of clients that booked an appointment online, where they also had an appointment in the past.
Value of Clients rebooking online: The gross amount generated by clients who rebook online.
Online No Shows
Number of Online No Shows: The number of services booked online where the customer didn't actually show up (appointment was not checked in or paid for). These clients can be charged up to the full value of their appointment through Phorest No Show Protection. Check out this guide for more information.
Value of Online No Shows: The revenue lost due to clients not showing up for appointments which were booked online. This is the gross amount corresponding to the value of the service at the time of booking.
Value of Charged Online No Shows shows the gross amount generated through No Show charges (tax included). Check out this guide to find out how you can charge for no show appointments that were booked online.
Bookings through Instagram
Number of Services booked on Instagram: The number of services booked online via the Instagram Book Now button.
Value of Bookings: The gross amount generated through online bookings via the Instagram Book Now button.
Bookings through Facebook
Number of Services booked on Facebook: The number of services booked online via the Facebook Book Now button.
Value of Bookings: The gross amount generated through online bookings via the Facebook Book Now button.
Instagram and Facebook bookings are also counted as Web Bookings and are only counted where your client clicks the Book Now buttons on Instagram or Facebook. Bookings are not counted as sourced from either if the client clicked the booking link in a post/bio etc.
