This article explains the meaning of little icons that sometimes are displayed on appointments in the calendar.
Sometimes, you may see small icons appear in the bottom-right corner of an appointment. To understand the meaning of an icon displayed in a specific appointment, open the appointment and scroll down to the Insights section.
Appointments with the Online Booking icon include appointments that were booked through your online booking website as well as through your Branded App (if you have one). You can use the Online Booking report to get the number of appointments booked through each platform.
