How can I tell if a client didn't arrive for their appointment?

This guide will show you how you can tell if clients missed their appointments (no show) by a quick glance at your appointment calendar.

Appointments on your calendar will change color automatically based on certain conditions. One of these conditions is if the client misses their appointment.

If a client is not checked in or the appointment is not paid for, then the appointment will turn gray on your calendar once the current time has surpassed the appointment end time (the current time is displayed as a red line across your appointment calendar).

It is important that you check your clients in on arrival, otherwise it may be difficult to differentiate no show appointments from other appointments.
