This guide shows how you can quickly identify if clients missed their appointments (No Show) by glancing at your appointment calendar.
Appointments on your calendar automatically change color based on certain conditions. One of such conditions is if the client misses their appointment.
If a client is not checked in or the appointment is not paid for, the appointment turns gray on your calendar once the current time has surpassed the appointment end time. The current time is displayed as a red line across your appointment calendar.
It's important that you check your clients in upon arrival; otherwise, it may be difficult to differentiate No Show appointments from others.
