This article shows how to create a Package for multiple clients/guests, which can be used to sell couples' packages, 2-for-1 offers etc.

Creating the Package
Go to Manager > Packages > Click the New Package button.
Add the relevant Service(s) to your package, as you would when creating a Package. You only need to add each service once and not multiple times.
Note: When creating a multi-person package, it is recommended to mention how many people are included in the Package Name (such us 'Brow Tint for Two' or 'Couples Massage').
Once you've added services to your package, update the Clients per package to the number of clients you would like to be included in this package each time it's booked.
Phorest automatically includes the specified number of clients when this package is booked.
Making a Booking In-House
When you are booking the package in Phorest, the Appointment details pane indicates the number of clients that are booked for the package.
When creating the appointment for the additional person(s) you will receive a prompt to say your staff member will be double booked. Click Confirm to continue with the booking, and you can then move the appointment(s) into another staff member's column.
There are two ways to move the additional person(s) to another staff member's column.
You can click the Staff name in the booking and choose another staff:
Or, you can finish making the booking then click and drag the appointment into another staff column.
Updating Additional Person(s) Information
You can update the additional Person(s) details in the appointment by switching the client. Click the group icon and select the client's name.
Booking the Package Online
When a client books the Package online, they will see how many people are included in the Package on the booking confirmation screen:
and again after confirming their booking:
The client making the booking will enter their details only, and additional clients in the booking will be added as Person 2, Person 3 etc. See below for information on how to update the additional client information.
