How do I find out who booked or changed an appointment? (Appointment Trail/Audit)

This article shows how you can trail changes made to your bookings on the appointment screen.

Note: If you're not using PIN codes in your Phorest system then you will not be able to see the names of staff members who made changes. See how to set up PIN codes and access levels.

Open an appointment and click the Options button > Trail.

See a log of all changes made to that appointment, along with the original details from when the appointment was booked.

Deleted or Cancelled Appointments
