This article will advise on how you can trail changes made to your bookings on the appointment screen.
Note: If you are not using pin codes in your Phorest system then you will not be able to see the names of staff members who made changes. To start using pin codes, check out this guide.
Double-click on an appointment, then click the More button followed by the Trail/Audit button
Alternatively, you can single-click on an appointment > Click Note > Audit Trail.
You will then see a log of all changes made to that appointment, along with the original details from when the appointment was booked.
