This article will show you what to do when a client arrives for their appointment and you want to check them in.
In this Article
On Phorest Desktop
Single-click the client's appointment, then click the Check In button.
The appointment will then turn yellow to let you know the client has checked in.
On Phorest Go
Tap on the appointment > Tap Check In
The Check In option will only appear for appointments on today's date. Future and past appointments will display a Pay button instead.
The appointment will then turn yellow to let you know the client has checked in.
Client Self Check-In
If you have a tablet in your business, you can also allow client's to check themselves in with it using the PhorestGuest app. Click here for more information on PhorestGuest.
Staff Push Notifications for Client Check In
Staff can receive push notifications on their smart device whenever a client checks in for their appointment. For more information, check out this guide.
