How do I see all of the changes that have been made to an appointment?

This article outlines how to find an audit of changes that have been made to a booking, when they were made, and which staff member made them.

Open the appointment and click the Options button > Trail.

If the appointment has since been deleted or cancelled, click here for a guide on how to find a trail.

In the audit trail, you'll find details of all of the changes that have been made to this appointment.
