This article outlines how to find an audit of changes that were made to a booking, when they were made, and which staff member made them.
Double-click an appointment > Select Options > Select Audit (or Trail).
You will then see a list of all events for that appointment, along with the date of the event, and the name of the staff who made the change.
Appointment No Longer Exists?
