How do I confirm an appointment?

This article will outline how to confirm an appointment after you have called the client.

Go to your Appointments screen > Single-click an appointment, then click Confirm.

Each service in the appointment will now show a green checkmark to indicate that it has been confirmed.

Clients can also confirm appointments themselves using a link in your Confirmation SMS or Email.


Undoing an Appointment Confirmation

To undo a confirmation, single-click an appointment then click Undo Confirm.

The green checkmark will now be removed from the appointment.
