How do I confirm an appointment?

This article outlines how to confirm an appointment after you have called the client.

Confirm an Appointment

Go to your appointments screen, select an appointment > Click the Confirm button.

The appointment shows a green checkmark to indicate that it has been confirmed.

Clients can also confirm appointments themselves using a link in your Confirmation SMS or Email.


Undo the Confirmation of an Appointment

To undo a confirmation, select an appointment and click the Undo Confirm button.

The green checkmark is then removed from the appointment.
