How do I pay for or check out more than one client at the same time (Group Booking)?

This article will show you how you can combine and pay through multiple appointments at once, which can be useful when you have a group booking where someone wants to pay for their own and another client's appointment.

You can select multiple appointments on your calendar by holding the Shift key on your keyboard (highlighted in the image below) and then select each appointment you wish to check out.

Each selected appointment will be highlighted in a lighter color shade.

After you've selected your appointments, click the Pay button.

Select which client(s) is being paid for (a Select all button is also available) > Click Pay.

Note: By default, payment is set for the first client you select. Make sure to select the appointment of the client who will pay first.

In the Payment methods screen, all services are listed from each of the appointments you've selected. The Remaining total is the combined amount of all services.

If you've accidentally selected more services than intended, click the arrow icon to see the transaction details > Click the X icon to remove a service if needed.

When you're ready, click the Pay button > Select a payment method > Click the Complete Payment button > Click Close.

The service history for these appointments will be recorded for each client the same as if you checked each of them out individually.

Once the payment is complete, the appointments color changes to green.
