How do I archive or remove a client from the system?

This article outlines how to remove or archive clients so they no longer appear in your client list.

Archiving a Client

Go to Clients to open your client list. Search for a client and open their profile.

Click the Client actions drop-down list > Select Archive.


Viewing and Unarchiving Clients

To filter your client list, go to Clients and select the Archived Only checkbox.

To restore an archived client, search for and open their profile. Click the Client actions drop-down list > Select Unarchive.


Trail History of Archived Client

When a client is archived, the date, time, and the name of the staff member who performed the action are recorded in the audit trail.

To view the client's trail, search for their profile and open it. Click the Client actions drop-down list > Select Trail.
