What happens with the Online Deposit if a client cancels their appointment?

If a client cancels their appointment themselves through their Online Booking account, the online deposit paid will be refunded to their account within 5-10 business days.

A client can cancel their appointment through the Online Booking account by going to My Booking History and then clicking Cancel.

Cancellation Period

Clients cannot cancel their appointment if it is inside your cancellation policy period. However, you can cancel appointments inside your cancellation policy, in-house, and the deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days.


Deposit Paid by Gift Card/Voucher

If your client paid their online deposit using a gift card and later cancels their appointment online, the full deposit amount will be automatically refunded to the same gift card.

If you cancel the client's appointment through your Appointments calendar, you can then decide whether to keep the deposit or refund it.
