This article will show you how to set up different online deposits for individual services.
This feature is available to businesses using PhorestPay through Stripe.

If You Have One Location in Phorest
Go to Manager > Services.
Click on the name of a service to edit it > Online Deposits > Change settings for this service.
Change Enable a custom deposit for the service to Yes, then enter the deposit settings for this service and click Save.
This service will now charge a different deposit than your default deposit each time it is booked online.
If You Have Multiple Locations in Phorest
If your business has multiple locations in Phorest, it's important to keep in mind that when you adjust the deposit settings for a specific service, the changes will only affect the location where you make the adjustment. If you wish to modify the service deposit setting for multiple locations, you will need to customize the setting for each location separately.
Go to Manager > Services.
Click on the name of a service to edit it > Branches > Click on the name of the location where you wish to edit the deposit.
Click Online Deposits > Change settings for this service.
Change Enable a custom deposit for the service to Yes, then enter the deposit settings for this service and click Save.
This service will now charge a different deposit than your default deposit each time it is booked online.
Service Exceptions
To view a list of all Services with individual deposit settings that differ from your default setting, go to Manager > Settings > Online > Online Deposits > Service Exceptions, then click the button to see a list of all Services with a deposit that differs from your default setting.
Service Exceptions will only appear after you have set deposits on individual services. If this doesn't appear, it means that all of your services are currently going by your default deposit settings.
