What happens with the Custom Online Deposit if a client cancels their appointment? (Europe & Australia)

If a client cancels their appointment, the online deposit paid will be refunded to their account within 5-10 business days. They will also be refunded their deposit if the salon cancels

Important to note, clients cannot cancel their appointment if it is inside your cancellation policy period. However, you can cancel these appointments within the salon and the deposit will then be refunded within 5-10 business days.
