What happens with the Custom Online Deposit if a client cancels their appointment? (Europe & Australia)

If a client cancels their appointment themselves through their Online Booking account, the online deposit paid will be refunded to their account within 5-10 business days.

Clients cannot cancel their appointment if it is inside your cancellation policy period. However, you can cancel appointments inside your cancellation policy yourself in-house and the deposit will then be refunded within 5-10 business days.
