If a client cancels their appointment themselves through their Online Booking account, the online deposit paid will be refunded to their account within 5-10 business days.
A client can cancel their appointment through the Online Booking account by going to My Booking History and then clicking Cancel.
Clients cannot cancel their appointment if it is inside your cancellation policy period. However, you can cancel appointments inside your cancellation policy, in-house, and the deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
