How do I set up different Online Deposits for individual services? (Europe & Australia)

This article will show you how to set up different online deposits for individual services.

Note: You will need a PhorestPay account to use this feature. If you haven't already, go to Manager > PhorestPay to set this up or click here for a full guide on how to get set up.

Step-by-Step Guide: Single-Location Business

Go to Manager > Services > Single-click the service name to edit it > Online Deposits.

Edit your Online Deposit settings for this service, then click Save to finish. This service will now charge a different deposit than your default deposit each time it is booked online.

Step-by-Step Guide: Multi-Location Business

Go to Manager > Services > Single-click on the name of the Service you wish to edit > Branches, click on the name of the location where you wish to edit the service > Online Deposits > Change branch settings for this service

Edit your Online Deposit settings for this service, then click Save to finish. This service will now charge a different deposit in this location than your default deposit each time it is booked online.

Note: You will need to do this once per each of your locations if you want to change the service deposit setting across all/more than one location.


Service Exceptions

To view a list of all Services with individual deposit settings that differ from your default setting, go to Manager > Settings > Online > Online Deposits > Service Exceptions, then click the button to see a list of all Services with a deposit that differs from your default setting.
