This article will show you how to disable your automated appointment Reminder and Confirmation SMS and/or Email.
To disable the Reminder SMS or Email
Go to Marketing and click Reminders
To disable the SMS Reminder, under the SMS Notification tab change the Days in Advance setting to Don't Send. To finish, click Save in the bottom right corner of the screen.
To disable the Email Reminder, under the Email Notification tab change the Days in Advance setting to Don't Send. To finish, click Save in the bottom right corner of the screen.
To disable the Confirmation SMS or Email
Go to Marketing > Templates/Filters > Confirmations
Uncheck the Send Confirmation Emails on New Appointments and/or Also send Confirmation SMS on New Appointment settings to your Preference, and click Save to finish.
