This article will show you how to change/reset your password for the Phorest Go iOS/Android mobile app if you have forgotten it.
If you forgot your Phorest Go password, it's really easy to change it! Open Phorest on a computer, and go to Manager > Staff Members > single-click your name on the Staff list to access your profile.
Once you're in your staff profile, edit the Password field near the bottom to change your password, then click Save. You can now log into Phorest Go on your mobile device using your new password.
Note: The Email address on your Staff Profile is the email you use to log in to Phorest Go. If you want to change the email address you use to log into Phorest Go, simply edit the Email field in your profile to your desired email address and click Save.
