What is Cheat Sheet AI?
Cheat Sheet AI is a feature in PhorestGo that creates a clear, at-a-glance summary of a client's key information. It brings together important details from past appointments, notes, services, and purchases so staff can quickly understand a client before or during their visit.
How to Generate an AI Cheat Sheet
To generate a Cheat Sheet, tap on a client's appointment, then tap Cheat Sheet.
Once generated, you'll see a full client briefing, including information on visit history, future bookings, staff preference, and more.
💡Tip: Once a Cheat Sheet is generated, it remains saved to that appointment for the rest of the day and can be viewed instantly by anyone on the team. To ensure you're ready for your clients, you can generate your Cheat Sheets in advance at the start of your day! If you need to update the information after more notes have been added, simply tap the Refresh button.
What Information is Included in a Cheat Sheet?
The Cheat Sheet may include:
- Past services and appointment history
- Notes added by staff
- Products purchased
- Courses or packages purchased
- Relevant preferences or considerations
The information shown is tailored to the business type, highlighting what matters most.
Removing Staff Access
The Cheat Sheet access is associated with the View Cheat Sheet access permission under Phorest Go (Mobile).
If a staff member does not have this permission and taps the Cheat Sheet button, they will see an Access denied message.

Client Data Security
Cheat Sheet AI is designed to ignore sensitive information, such as payment or banking details, even if it appears in notes. Only appropriate client information is used to generate summaries.
