Why did Phorest build Cheat Sheet AI?
Important client information is often buried across many appointments and notes, making it time-consuming to find what matters.
Cheat Sheet AI surfaces the most relevant details in one place so staff can prepare faster, deliver more personalised service, and spend less time searching through history.
How does Cheat Sheet AI work?
When a user opens a client profile in PhorestGo, they can tap the Cheat Sheet button. AI reviews the client's history and generates a short, easy-to-read summary.
Users can generate a new Cheat Sheet whenever updated information is needed.
What information does the Cheat Sheet include?
The Cheat Sheet may include:
- Past services and appointment history
- Notes added by staff
- Products purchased
- Courses or packages purchased
- Relevant preferences or considerations
The information shown is tailored based on the business type so it highlights what matters most.
Will a Cheat Sheet be available for every client?
Not always. If a client is very new or does not yet have enough history or notes, there may not be enough information to generate a meaningful summary. In these cases, users will see a message indicating that more data is needed.
Does Cheat Sheet AI replace staff knowledge?
No. Cheat Sheet AI is designed to support staff, not replace their judgment or client relationships. It provides helpful context, but staff remain fully in control.
Is client data safe?
Yes. Cheat Sheet AI is designed to ignore sensitive information, such as payment or banking details, even if it appears in notes. Only appropriate client information is used to generate summaries.
Will Cheat Sheet AI look the same for all businesses?
The layout is consistent, but the content is tailored to the type of business. Hair, beauty, and aesthetics businesses see information prioritised for their services.
What language does the Cheat Sheet appear in?
The Cheat Sheet appears in the same language as the user's PhorestGo app settings.
