How do I set up or change my login details for Phorest Go?

This article will show you how you can set up access to get the Phorest Go app on your Apple iOS and Android smartphone or tablet device.

Setting up a Phorest Go Account

Go to Manager > Staff Members, and single-click on the Name of the staff member whose login details you would like to set up or change.

On the staff profile, you will see an Email field and a Password field. Whatever you set in these fields will be used as that staff member's login details for Phorest Go.

Once you have set both of these, click Save and a Phorest Go account will be created for the staff member.


Note: If you ever need to change your password in the future, come back to this screen >Edit your password and click Save.

Downloading Phorest Go & Logging In

Download Phorest Go from the Apple/Google Play store.

  Click here from your iPhone or iPad device.

  Click here from your Android device.

Download and launch the app on your smartphone or tablet, then log in using the information that was saved to the staff member's profile.
