This report will show each product in your inventory that has less than the minimum recommended quantity.

This report can be found under Manager > Reports > Additional Reports > Products
What the Report Looks Like
Reporting Explained
Category: The Product Category name.
Product: The name of the product.
Min Qty: The minimum amount of a product that you want to have in your inventory at any given time. See how to update your minimum product quantities further down in this guide.
In Stock: The amount of this product currently in your inventory.
Reorder Qty: This is the amount of the product that is currently on order. To learn more about creating an order, check out this guide.
Product Cost: This is the cost price of the product, i.e. how much it costs you to buy from your supplier.
Setting a Min Quantity on Your Products
If you need to update your product minimum quantities, i.e. the minimum amount of a product that you want to have in your inventory at any given time, you can do this by going to Manager > Inventory/Stock > Double-click a product to edit it > Update the Min Quantity field > Click Save.
