How do I add the appointment date and time in Confirmation emails?

This article explains how to add the date and time to a client's appointment confirmation email.

As a part of the editor for your Confirmation Emails, you can choose to display the Start Time and Appointment Date of every client's appointment within the body of the email.

To do this, go to Manager > Settings > Client Notifications > Appointment Confirmation

Click into the Email Editor, then use the Personalise button to add the Appointment Date and/or Start Time to your message.

You do not need to type the word "at" when adding the Start Time. This will be added automatically.

Use the Preview button to see what your message will look like.

To finish, click Save changes.
